Connect to your router on Winbox. In this example, the router ip is 192.168.31.155
Enable API service. Click IP, Services. Make sure api is green and the port is 8728.
Accept API port in firewall. Click IP, Firewall. Click the Plus button
Chain should be input, Protocol should be tcp, dst port should be 8728. Click the Comment button, adding comment 'Accept 8728'. Click OK.
The created rule should be at the bottom.
Drap it to the top of the list, place 0
Add device in iWinbox
Open the app. Click 'Add a new device' at the bottom.
Fill host, host is 192.168.31.155 in this example. Choose Type as API. Port should be 8728. Type your username and password. Click the save button.
Connect your router. Done.
